Refund policy

The product return policy described below is subject to the Consumer Protection Law 1981 and its regulations, paying attention to what is said in them regarding the return policy of sportswear and in accordance with the relevant legal provisions, including the provisions of the Ministry of Health.

Below is a breakdown of the policy for canceling the order and/or returning products and their conditions:

Cancellation of the purchase transaction within one hour of completing the order of the items on the website and before the item is shipped - will be done by means of a telephone cancellation or a message to customer service at +972533363454 Under the aforementioned circumstances, the user will be credited with the purchase amount, including shipping fees, minus 5% of the purchase value or a total of NIS 100 - whichever is lower, for the transaction.

In the event of cancellation of the purchase transaction for any reason after the product has been sent to the user, provided that the package has not been opened, he will be entitled to cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the item by returning the product to the flagship store and in the aforementioned case shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount and in addition to any return, 5% will be deducted from the purchase amount or a total of 100 NIS - whichever is lower.

A monetary credit will be given according to what is stated in the law - to the credit card/PAYPAL account, in which the order was made only and in accordance with the credit company's schedules.

The user will be entitled to cancel the purchase transaction within 14 days of receiving the item and provided that the product is in good condition and has not been used. It is clarified that in the case of canceling a transaction with respect to an item that can be canceled, other than due to a defect and/or discrepancy and/or in the case of changing the size, the user will not be entitled to a refund for the shipping fees paid by him, and in addition to any refund, 5% of the purchase value or a total of NIS 100 - the lowest among them.

Canceling a transaction (in relation to the items that can be canceled) and/or changing the size of the upper parts of the sports clothes and/or returning them against a credit for use in the store, will be carried out by sending an item to the address of the website operator as stated in the head of these regulations or bringing it to the flagship store, in accordance with the usual general exchange policy in Era active, as will be updated from time to time, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the user and provided that the item is in good condition and has not been used in any way.

As mentioned, the credit or credit for use (as the case may be) will be given on the condition that the product supplied is returned without use and/or defect and/or damage - and with the labels on it as received. The returnable product can be returned in accordance with these regulations and according to the law - as long as it has not been used in one way or another, in its original packaging - within 14 days of receiving it. The site operator will have the sole and absolute discretion regarding the condition of the returned goods. Items and products that arrive after any use and/or signs of use as mentioned, such as with the smell of perfume and/or body lotion and/or other preparation, signs of makeup and/or any defect/dirt and/or other, will not be able to be returned and will not be awarded the user of the purchase amount - everything is subject to the sole and absolute discretion of the website operator.
